ReplyDeleteSheila thanks for stopping by my blog. It's been a while since I've been in the workout zone and it feels AWESOME being back. So glad I decided to drop my chiropractic so I could go to Curves. WAY cheaper in the long run. 1- 5 minute visit to chiro a month, or 24 half hour visits to Curves a month. AND, it's $9.00/month cheaper! I think that the workout at Curves will outweigh the chiropractor... will just use that as needed.
