Ingredients
2 lbs ground beef (I often use Sirloin or lean, but this day I did not)
1/4 cup A1 Steak sauce
1 packet dry ranch dressing/dip mix
2 TBS Soy Sauce
2 TBS Lea & Perrins
Buns of choice *pictured are onion poppy seed ciabatta buns which we spread with butter and garlic salt then toast on the grill*
Colby Jack Cheese
Cooked Bacon
Lettuce
Tomato
Red Onion
Condiments of choice (Ketchup, Mustard, Mayo, Sandwich spread)
About 2 to 3 hours before cooking (if possible) mix first 5 ingredients well together and place in fridge to marinate. About 30 minutes prior to cooking pull out meat and make six healthy patties. Place on grill and cook on both sides. At end of cooking top with cooked bacon then cheese. Allow cheese to melt on patty before removing from grill. Toast buns. Assemble burgers and enjoy!
