Ingredients
Two pounds cubed beef (I used a thinner cut round steak)
1 package of brown gravy mix
1 package Italian seasoning mix
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can French Onion soup
1/4 to 1/2 cup of water
Directions
Place meat in crockpot. In a bowl mix remaining ingredients in and pour over meat. Put in crockpot and cook on High for about 4 hours or Low for 8 hours.
Serve:
I served this over rice but it could easily go over egg noodles or mashed potatoes. Throw some steamed broccoli and rolls on the side and you have a complete meal. This was a crowd pleaser. I wished I had added some chopped bell pepper and some mushrooms but I didn't have any on hand.
