Tasty Tuesday: Philly Stuffed French Loaves

I have been wanting to try this for two weeks. I finally got around to it for dinner tonight, so please pardon the delay in today's post!

Here is the "Cast of Characters"

1 1/2 pounds ground meat (I used venison/beef mixture)
1 onion chopped
1 green pepper chopped
2 tsp minced garlic
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 loaves of french bread
salt & pepper to taste
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 TBS Soy Sauce
1 TBS Worcestershire
2 cups grated mozzarella
2 TBS Olive Oil

Directions
1. Saute onion, bell pepper, garlic with salt and pepper in olive oil until tender.
2. Brown Ground meat (turkey, chicken, beef, your choice) until no longer pink. Add in veggies and soup. Add in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Don't forget to also add in the celery salt.
3. Split french loaves in half (but not all the way through. Stand up cut side open and fill meat mixture between both loaves. Top with cheese.

4. Bake in 375* oven for about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted, and bread is browned a bit.

You *MIGHT* need a fork to eat it! Serve with chips and enjoy!
