First I am going to ask, how are you doing? Then I must confess, I haven't done well at all, and it comes back to what I posted the other day about being in a challenge that I begin doing things for others instead of how they were originally intended. While my heart is in it, I just CANT stay focused on the right thing when I know others are "depending on me". It starts a vicious cycle, and I am ready to begin illiminating those cycles right this very moment.
But on the other side of the fence, I love to inspire and motivate others and challenges tend to do that. At least in the realm of the weightloss communities. So, tell me. How I support YOU through your very own 30 day challenge? (I do have more to share but I am saving that for a longer post which will follow this one)
