The shifting of one's life

I don't usually send you link hopping but I want you to read what I read this morning.

Amazing right?

Do you know, I am at this same very point! I am living my life, and finally loving it. When I left you yesterday, I was branching out in my day not staying to myself, and enjoying time with those I love. Can I just say that I had a wonderful Saturday? I mean truly a delightful day. I played tag with all the kids, did cartwheels with the girls (yes I can still do cartwheels), traced little bodies in chalk, enjoyed many good conversations, and a VERY LATE game of Scattergories which we totally love! Today has been a fantastically fun filled day as well. One much slower paced, quiet, and lots of family love here in our own little nest.

I am so blessed. I am honored to say that I have arrived. I think I have said that before, but never have I confidently felt it completley in my core being. I love where I am in my weight (I have no clue the #), feel wonderful in my clothes, and don't cringe when I stand in front of the mirror. I am happy.

I will continue to work on listening to my body for those hunger/ fullness cues. ( I have found I will let out a little *sigh* when I am satisfied ~ not stuffed.)

I most likely am going to use this blog to share the "little things" that I learn, but will be blogging more over at my main blog.
