Love with Actions and Truth! There is much wisdom in this post, and a good reminder to get out of "myself" and focus on others!

Hi Sheila! Blogging, yes, just started again. My life hasn't been worth talking about for a while, hence the hiatus. New page though, the yo-yo-dieter within has died ;) Now I'm getting healthy. Fighting for Health actually. http://fightingformumshealth.blogspot.com.au/
ReplyDeleteWanted to share an awesome website I've fallen in love with: PlanToEat.com
It's awesome!!! Just drag the meal onto the calendar, and shopping list created! Items are sorted by store (I shop at Coles (like Walmart), Aldi (like sam's club), and Aussie Farmers Direct (an online delivery service) so it's sorted. Anyway, try it yourself ;)
I do love the idea of sharing your weekly menu plan! I think I'll do the same. That's cool!
Missed you! xoxo
